Winter Games
5 v 5 Basketball
LOCATIONS: March 26-28, 2010, play will be held at
Southwestern College, Sunnyslope HS, Phoenix Prep., and other
sites if needed.
TOURNAMENT BENEFITS:
• Affordable $295 price with a minimum 3 game guarantee

• Divisions played at one location whenever possible
• The top finisher in the Winter Games in each division will be
awarded free entry into the International Summer Games.
• No Spectator admission charged to attend any game.
ENTRY FEE: $295/per team. Pool play followed by single elimination. Multiple team entry discounts
available by contacting Executive Director, Erik Widmark at the State Games Office at 480-517-9700.
ENTRY DEADLINES: Early entry deadline (postmarked on or before) March 13, 2010. After that date add $20
late fee. Late entry deadline must be received in the State Games Office by March 20th. Any entry after
March 20th will be accepted only with the Commissioners approval and will be based on space
availability - add $20 late fee.

WINTER RULES:
• Age limits for rosters as per AAU Rules: Boys ages determined as of 9/1; Girls as of 1/1.
• If less than 4 teams sign up in any division, other arrangements will be made.
• No player allowed to play on two teams in same division.
• Each team must supply own jerseys with visible numbers on back.
• Officials provided by Don Logan.
