Winter Games
Golf - Youth/Adult
LOCATION: Saturday, April 10, 2010 - Ken McDonald Golf Course, 800 E. Divot
Dr. - Tempe. Registration begins at 11:00 am with event start beginning at 12:00
noon.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Early entry deadline (postmarked on or before) Saturday,
March 27, 2010. After that date add $10 late fee. Late entry deadline must be
received in the State Games Office Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Any entry received
after April 6th will be accepted only with Commissioners approval.
AGE DIVISIONS & ENTRY FEE: 9 Hole Teams-parent & child combined score (youth 9-12yrs) - $45, 18 Hole
Teams-parent & child combined score (youth 13-18yrs) - $50, Adults- gross/net format (19 yrs & older) - $35
per player. High School Division (14yrs-18yrs) - $35. S pectators will be allowed only if we have sufficient
volunteers to support the event. Field Size may be limited.
RULES: Players to provide own equipment including balls, cost includes golf carts.
Field size may be limited. Stroke limit in some divisions. A Hot Dog Meal is available for a seperate cost to
participants. * Please note dress code - no jeans, cut-offs, spandex or tennis shorts allowed.
