LOCATION: The “Wedge” at Eldorado Park - Saturday, March 27, 2010. (7650 E. McDowell Road, Scottsdale).
ENTRY FEE: $8 per event.
ENTRY PROCEDURES: Registration is taken up to and on
competition day, but early registration is strongly encouraged.
Registration forms are available at Eldorado Community Center, 2311 North Miller
Road, Scottsdale 85257. Participants may be required to show documentation for proof of age. A parent or
guardian will be required to sign the registration/hold harmless form for participants under the age of 18.
Participants 18 years or older will be able to sign their own form. Only walk in registration is accepted, no mail in or phone in registration is accepted. Registration NOT accepted on the Grand Canyon State
Games entry form, or at their offices, or on line at the State Games website.
DIVISIONS: Skateboarding ONLY- 10 & under, 11-14 years, 15-17 years, and Amateur Division is open
to all ages and is based on skill. Registration is limited to the first 20 competitors in each division. *All
participants must wear a helmet to compete; other personal protective gear is advised.

This sport is “Not” part of the International Summer Games. Entry materials for the International Summer Games will be available at all U.S. Bank
branches, Sleep America stores, Keller Williams Realty locations and Mountainside Fitness locations statewide beginning in April 2010.
