GCSG GiveClicks Shopping Program
Welcome to our GiveClicks Shopping Program! GiveClicks (GC) is an online shopping program designed to help you support your favorite charity while doing your every day shopping on the Internet. Grand Canyon State Games will receive a small donation with each purchase you make online within the GiveClicks merchant network. These donations are designated by the merchants and range from 1% - 15% of your total purchase. A few merchants offer even greater percentages and in some cases, a flat donation amount such as $25 or $50. In addition, as a thank you for helping, the merchants in the GC Network generously offer you discounts and special deals available only through the GC Shopping Program. To take advantage of these exclusive offers, you can visit GiveClicks.com each week or simply sign up for their “Deals of the Week” email. There’s no club to join, no fee to participate. You shop, the merchants give. It couldn’t be any easier!
Here’s how it works …
Start by accessing the shopping portal from our website. Once there, just click on any merchant‘s link and begin shopping! If you’d like to shop at another merchant, you’ll need to return to the Shopping Mall so GCSG will receive the donation with each purchase. If you don’t see a merchant you like to shop at, just go to the GiveClicks Home Page, click “Contact Us” and let GiveClicks know which merchant you’d like to see added to our program.
Don’t want to always come back to the website to do your shopping?
If you’d like Grand Canyon State Games to benefit from your online shopping but you’d rather not have to return to the Shopping Mall each time, you can choose to download our GiveClicks Shopping Assistant (GCSA) instead. The GCSA is a very small (500KB), very safe, very easy application to use. Download Shopping Assistant
The GC Shopping Assistant is a Windows based application compatible with Internet Explorer and Firefox. A MAC version will be available Sprint 2009.
Once you download the GCSA, each time you visit one of our affiliated merchant websites, a little blue box will appear on the top right side of your screen to let you know that we will be benefiting from your purchase. After you’ve installed it once, you’re set! You’ll never have to click another box to confirm or donate extra money to keep the program active! We can benefit from your shopping 12 months out of the year! If you’re ever unhappy with the GCSA, you can simply go to your computer’s “Add or Remove Programs” and delete the “GiveClicks Shopping Assistant.” That’s it! It’s that easy!
If you select the GC Shopping Assistant option, don’t forget to sign up for their weekly “Deals of the Week” email so you can still take advantage of the exclusive discounts & special deals offered only through the GC Shopping Program.
